Development

Onsite assessment including: process variation, product variation, gage calibration systems, specifications, initial budget constraints, current and planned skill levels. Gage design is part of our service. Personal contact, excellent communication, integrity in all transactions. As needed, we arrange laboratory evaluations of customer products to determine the most suitable technology for the application. Onsite demonstrations with question and answer session.

Acquisition

Written proposals for the total measurement solution, including - gage technology, product fixturing and handling, calibration masters, consumables and spares, support tooling, startup, installation, documentation, training. We can generally help capital justification given our experience, comprehensive offerings and knowledge of competitive technologies.

Implementation
